About Crystal
Crystal joined CIRCLE Recruitment & HR in 2019 and has since accumulated significant experience in staffing and supporting organisations across various sectors, particularly during the challenging times of the COVID-19 Pandemic when talent and skill shortages were heightened.
With over 7 years of recruitment experience, Crystal has worked in both agency and internal recruitment roles, covering a wide range of sectors including Health, Pharmaceutical, Aged Care, Engineering, IT, Media, Finance and Accounting. Her expertise extends to Australia’s own region, the Asia Pacific, and the US, where she manages end-to-end recruitment processes. Crystal collaborates closely with candidates to help them find suitable job opportunities and assists clients in finding the right resources.
Throughout her career, Crystal has refined her sourcing abilities and recruiting techniques, making her an invaluable asset in helping our Health Sector clients address their staffing needs, even in the face of a highly competitive candidate market.
