About Kathryn

Kathryn is our Financial Services and Accounting specialist, founding CIRCLE Recruitment & HR in 2003. She brings knowledge and expertise from undertaking a Traineeship and subsequently working in an accounting firm, completing a Certificate IV in Bookkeeping and her history as a previous BAS Agent, working with many accounting firms.

Kathryn has been working in the Accounting Sector since she started CIRCLE, providing both HR and recruitment services. Her vast experience in all aspects of Financial Services, gives her a strong understanding of the regulatory and risk frameworks, and skill shortages in the industry.

Utilised by many Public Practice Accounting Firms, who recognise Kathryn’s long term expertise in recruiting Accountants, she has the industry contacts to source your next role. Assisted by our strong database, Kathryn understands accounting, its various nuances and the technical skills and interpersonal skills required by those who work in the diverse roles within the industry.
