Case Study - Growth, Pay Structures, Unions & Workforce Planning

We received a call on the HR helpline, from a professional services firm, wanting clarity around divisional structures in their organisation.

 

Additionally, they wished to look at team composition as part of the best way to manage business growth and strategic workforce planning. This would then lead into development of a succession planning process.

Furthermore, we were engaged to review remuneration strategies and packages, as part of the whole workforce planning framework and we continue to work ongoing with this client.

For another client, part of the strategic planning was the implementation of an Enterprise Agreement in a unionised environment. Experienced with how to handle union issues, having worked with trades unions for many years, and with the backing of our legal team, we have negotiated for our client a successful EA, with a strong consultative approach to both unions and workers.

Additionally for another client, we successfully worked with the CFMEU and their application to the Fair Work Commission around consultancy requirements and major workplace change. No matter the level of HR and IR maturity you need, we have the expertise to deliver.
