Case Study - Need Temp Coverage

Two different case studies where CIRCLE HR has assisted clients with their two different temp staffing needs.

 

Our very first client required a Bookkeeper, but they were a small business, so only needed someone two days per week. We suggested that such a small role would be better covered by a temp worker, giving them the flexibility to increase or decrease the hours as needed. It would be more cost effective, as they would only pay the hourly rate when the bookkeeper worked and this one hourly rate included wages, PAYG, superannuation, Professional Indemnity insurance, Workers Compensation insurance, Public Liability insurance, Payroll Tax and the cost of payrolling the staff. Our client agreed.

We placed the first Bookkeeper with their business who stayed for over 5 years, before he moved interstate. We replaced the Bookkeeper at no extra cost, as there are no recruitment costs for a temp worker, and the second Bookkeeper stayed for the next 3 years before she decided to leave to travel around Australia. Our third and final Bookkeeper stayed ongoing till the client decided that with the growth of their business, they would place the bookkeeper permanently within their business.

They received temp coverage for well over 10 years!

Our second client ran a research organisation that had a peak of work during 2 specific months of the year. Every year, they come to us for specific data entry staff for temp coverage.

We designed a specific test for their staff, so we could test directly in English language skills, attention to detail, data entry speed and checking ability. Supplying the temp coverage they need year on year for their seasonal projects.
