Our client had two extremely valuable and important mangers who were supposed to work together closely, yet had ongoing interpersonal issues.

 

These interpersonal issues were developing into interpersonal conflict in the workplace and affecting their people leadership skills, so the business reached out to CIRCLE HR for assistance with interpersonal conflict resolution.

Managing conflict in the workplace can be extremely difficult as it was resulting in stress and further team issues. Our strategy was to work with each person individually and understand their perspectives in regards to why this conflict was happening.

Having worked with mediation processes not only in the Sutherland Shire, but right across Sydney for many years, we were able to engage both workers and their managers to see other points of view.

Bringing the parties together for mediation was a difficult process for the workers, but we worked through their issues and we were able to resolve the conflict.

This resulted in better management of their team’s dynamics, stronger people leadership and to this day, they work together successfully. The organisation was highly appreciative that this could be resolved through our skill with mediation and conflict resolution.
