Case Study - Performance Appraisals, 360 Reviews & Engagement Surveys

Two great case studies, involving clients operating professional services firms.

 

Over 5 years ago a professional services firm of around 100 staff asked if we could work with them to design a workplace engagement survey. We developed an engagement survey action plan and worked with them on designing the employee survey questions. The survey was specifically designed for their needs and focussed on employee engagement.

As a skilled and experienced engagement survey provider, we were able to not only give statistical results, but actionable items as engagement survey recommendations.

Since that time we have provided this service yearly, enabling the client to capture data over the last six years. For other clients we have completed the same process with 360 degree performance review assessments & feedback.

The second case study involved a client who found that their yearly staff performance appraisal process repeatedly did not happen. In addition, the annual performance meetings with their team, were a hit or miss affair.

We were engaged to run the entire staff appraisal review process. This included designing templates relevant to the organisation, working with managers, training them on conducting staff appraisal meetings, sitting in on all meetings and following up staff and managers around outcomes.
