We were contacted by a CEO who felt there was a toxic culture developing in their workplace.
CIRCLE HR began by reviewing with the business leaders, what they felt the current culture was and what culture were they actually striving to achieve.
We undertook diagnostics to find if there was strategic drift from the culture they were trying to develop.
Reviewing the company’s managers, as the key ‘Culture Holders’ we looked at their own engagement with the workplace, their values and behaviours. Designing a specific workplace culture survey for the organisation, we were able to develop a workplace culture framework in order to facilitate change. This was backed up with new workplace policies to give clarity around the values and behaviours expected in the workplace.
Over time, we worked with the business on a number of initiatives, developing culture teams, key culture drivers, activities and stronger workplace communication.
We introduced policy and employee correspondence to engage staff and manage those workers who did not align with the desired positive culture.
