Kathryn MacMillan has been engaged in implementing some great initiatives at Symbio Wildlife Park and we have engaged her to train our Managers. Her presentations are always thought provoking, lively and fun, while having a strong basis and demonstrating solid research and evidence. She is an innovative thinker and has come up with some great ideas to assist our managers to filter their learnings down to their own teams. As a speaker she is powerful and entertaining, and can capture the room. Her ability with DISC training is really great and we have the added advantage that CIRCLE HR can organise the DISC Psychological Assessments at a more cost effective rate. The team really enjoyed learning about themselves and their colleagues and we feel that this has really helped develop team cohesion. Very happy with Kathryn and Circle.
