About Kathryn
Kathryn MacMillan as founder and CEO of CIRCLE Recruitment & HR, also heads up our Financial Services sector.
She brings knowledge and expertise from undertaking a Traineeship and subsequently working in an accounting firm, completing a Certificate IV in Bookkeeping and her history as a previous BAS Agent, working with many Financial Services firms.
Kathryn has been working in the Financial Services Sector since she started CIRCLE, providing both HR and recruitment services. Her vast experience in all aspects of Financial Services, gives her a strong understanding of the regulatory and risk frameworks.
