Aideen joined the CIRCLE Recruitment & HR team in 2020. Her role at CIRCLE Recruitment & HR involves the provision of professional Human Resource strategies and advice to clients. As a HR specific consultant, Aideen understands the myriad of social issues that arise in workplaces; talent shortages, leadership development and creating cultural engagement.
Working with Aideen reduces your risk of employee claims, ensuring you have a deeper understanding of your risk profile in regards to employment. Aideen holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University College Dublin, Ireland.
Her previous roles have seen her responsible for professionally developing employees, managing IR laws, and training senior management in minimum employment standards.
Further projects included benchmarking salary levels and ensuring they remain within budgetary requirements, managing and maintaining company policies, educating managers around HR functions, and maintaining compliance.
Aideen has detailed experience working within HR for various organisations, allowing her to bring a wide range of industry knowledge to CIRCLE. Her expertise is Human Resources and Aideen represents the knowledge, talent and skill that you always find at CIRCLE HR.
