Kathryn MacMillan MHRM&IR, MRSCA CAHRI – Managing Director & NFP Specialist
Kathryn MacMillan is the founder and Managing Director of CIRCLE Recruitment & HR. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management & Industrial Relations from Sydney University, is an Accredited Recruitment Professional with the Recruitment Consulting Services Association (MRCSA), and a certified professional member of Australian Human Resource Institute (CAHRI).
Ranked first at Sydney University 2017, in Management Consulting, first in 2018 in HRM and IR in Action, in 2019 Kathryn was the winner of the prestigious Kingsley Laffer Memorial Award for Industrial Relations from the University.
Her academic knowledge coupled with years of experience makes Kathryn a highly skilled and sought after HR & Recruitment professional. With more than 20 years of experience in recruiting and managing staff, she has an in-depth knowledge of many industries and their varied needs.
In addition to steering the ship, Kathryn also works hands on with a number of clients and has a specialisation in not-for-profit sector and working with Charities and NGO’s. As founder of the company she has seen it all and often assists the rest of the team with their own specialisations.
Additionally, she is a professional speaker on Human Resources, Employment, Managing and Motivating Teams, and Business Strategy. Her presentations draw on her vast experience in business as well as her specialist Recruitment and Human Resource knowledge. Able to present a wide range of tailored topics from staff recruitment, attraction, and retention to hints and tips for building business, Kathryn delivers inspiring and motivating presentations.

Nicole Jorgenson – Financial Services/Accounting
Nicole is our Financial Services and Accounting specialist, joining CIRCLE Recruitment & HR as a recruitment & HR consultant in 2007. She brings knowledge and expertise from working with a large National Insurance Broker, as well as in the Superannuation industry.
Nicole has been working in the Accounting Sector since she started with CIRCLE, providing both HR and recruitment services. Her vast experience in all aspects of Financial Services, gives her a strong understanding of the regulatory and risk frameworks, and skill shortages in the industry.
Utilised by many Public Practice Accounting Firms, who recognise Nicole’s long term expertise in recruiting Accountants, Nicole has the industry contacts to source your next role. Assisted by our strong database, Nicole’s clients have access, to passive candidates who may not be currently looking for a new role, but may be open to an exciting new opportunity.
As the Senior Consultant at CIRCLE Recruitment & HR, Nicole oversees all aspects of the Recruitment Team as well as focusing on her own specialisations of Accounting and Financial Services. Additionally qualified in Human Resources, Nicole is a long-term and highly experienced consultant, valued by clients for her sound expertise.

Aideen Conroy BComm – Human Resources
Aideen joined the CIRCLE Recruitment & HR team in 2020. Her role at CIRCLE Recruitment & HR involves the provision of professional Human Resource strategies and advice to clients.
As a HR specific consultant, Aideen understands the myriad of social issues that arise in workplaces; talent shortages, leadership development and creating cultural engagement. Working with Aideen reduces your risk of employee claims, ensuring you have a deeper understanding of your risk profile in regards to employment.
Aideen holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University College Dublin, Ireland. Her previous roles have seen her responsible for professionally developing employees, managing IR laws, and training senior management in minimum employment standards. Further projects included benchmarking salary levels and ensuring they remain within budgetary requirements, managing and maintaining company policies, educating managers around HR functions, and maintaining compliance.
Aideen has detailed experience working within HR for various organisations, allowing her to bring a wide range of industry knowledge to CIRCLE. Her expertise is Human Resources and Aideen represents the knowledge, talent and skill that you always find at CIRCLE HR.

Crystal Villanueva BSBA – Engineering, Project Management & Temp Desk.
Crystal is an expert in placing candidates into Engineering and Project Management roles, as well as running our busy Temp Desk. Joining CIRCLE Recruitment & HR team in 2019, she heads up our office in the Philippines, as well as working in her field of expertise. Crystal also directly assists the Managing Director and works closely with Kathryn.
Crystal, well versed in the talent and skill shortage epidemic facing the engineering sector, has superior sourcing skills to fill client demand in an extremely tight market. She also understands the rapidly developing technology challenges in the industry, and why engineers and technicians are among the most in demand jobs in the world.
In addition, Crystal’s focus on project management roles, means that she understand the requirement to source people who can deliver the objectives within time, cost and to the agreed quality.
Crystal has a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree, majoring in Human Resource Development Management, and over 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. Crystal developed her recruitment ability from her previous role as a Technical Recruiter for a New York City based, recruitment firm.
Crystal manages the Temp Desk for CIRCLE Recruitment & HR and is a master at supplying quick and efficient Temp staff for our clients. She is highly skilled in working with candidates to find the right job opportunity and helping clients find the right resource.

Amber Hunt BCom – Arts, Media & Marketing, Health & Aged Care
Amber’s knowledge of the Arts, Media & Marketing sector is second to none. Combining her extensive knowledge with our database of creators and innovators and her own substantial industry contacts, Amber finds people that others can’t!
Amber specialises in marketing, communications, digital, design, advertising, strategy, and content roles. She works with a wide variety of clients from the smallest digital agency to large media companies.
Amber assists clients with the impact of digitalisation on marketing and staffing, and brings to the table amazing ideas and sound sourcing practices.
Her work in the health sector includes everything from reception for medical centres, allied health professionals and aged care management.
CIRCLE Recruitment & HR has been working in the Aged Care sector since 2009. Amber is well versed in accreditation and the unique landscape that is Aged Care in Australia.
Her understanding of the staffing challenges faced by the health sector with the rapid expansion of medical information, changing best practices, and skill and clinical requirements makes her a great person to source your next role.
Amber holds a Commerce Degree majoring in Human Resource Management from Wollongong University, she brings a strong academic background with a fresh approach to CIRCLE Recruitment & HR.

Erin joined the CIRCLE Recruitment & HR in 2018 and over the years has proven herself to be a highly capable member of the team.

Patricia Louise Guillermo BSPsy
Welcome to the newest member of our team!
Patricia joined CIRCLE Recruitment & HR, this year, bringing with her a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and over 7 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Patricia’s years of experience have developed her recruitment skills and has equipped her with a solid foundation with regards to sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates.
Her degree in Psychology will be further utilised at CIRCLE in regards to our skills, aptitude and psychometric testing and her experience in this area deepens Patricia’s ability to source exceptional candidates for clients.
Her current role as a Recruitment Resourcing Coordinator is to support recruitment consultants to find and reach out to ideal candidates for particular roles in different sectors.
What we love about Patricia : Softly spoken nature and focus on her work. Her replies of ‘got it’, when assigned a task and her love of fancy stationery, notebooks, notepad and all types of writing paraphernalia!
Maria Cordi BSc (Psychology), MApplSc (Psychology of Coaching)
Maria holds a Bachelor of Science, with a Psychology major and a Master of Applied Science (Psychology of Coaching) from the University of Sydney. She has a background in Human Resources and Career Planning with Westpac, worked as a Training & Development Consultant with Psychological Assessments Australia, and spent some years working with CIRCLE Recruitment & HR.
Maria commenced in the role of Career Coach with CIRCLE Recruitment & HR in 2018. Maria works with candidates that are looking to make a career change, require an updated Resume or need tips with their job search or interview skills.
Maria also offers corporate services to our business clients in the areas of executive coaching and outplacement services.

Veronica holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and Economics from University of Karachi and has had a career spanning industries as diverse as Aviation to Communications.
Accounts Assistant – Bookkeeper
Norrey joined CIRCLE Recruitment & HR as a Bookkeeper in March 2018.
With previous seven years’ experience working in a recruitment environment and over 15 years’ experience in accounting, Norrey has a strong service orientation and aims to further enhance the experience of our clients and candidates in their interactions with the CIRCLE Recruitment & HR accounts team.
