What are your delivery times?
• Our products will be dispatched within 2 working days (48 hrs) from receipt of your payment or immediately downloadable where applicable.
• All our products are sent by registered post both within Australia and internationally, unless downloaded.
• Overseas orders will be dispatched within 2 working days, however allow 7-14 days for delivery as different country’s postal service delivery times vary.
What is your Refund Policy?
• Please choose carefully as we regret that no refund can be given if you simply change your mind.
• Goods that are received with any fault from the manufacturer are to be returned to us so that a full refund of the purchase price can be given less the postage costs and/or our administration fee of 5% of total cost.
• Cancellations for workshops and coaching will attract a 5% cancellation fee to cover costs.
What are your delivery charges?
• For all deliveries within Australia, a postage and handling fee of $5.00 will be added to the cost of your purchase price of a single product. Postage is by registered mail to guarantee delivery to your preferred address.
• For overseas orders, a postage and handling fee of $20.00 will be added to the cost of your order. Overseas postage is by registered mail.
• Purchases of greater than 1 product will incur additional postage fees.

How can I pay for my order?
Payment for orders can be made in several ways and must be made at time of order:
• Credit Card payments via our secure payment portal. Follow the link when you place your order. Your credit card details are always secured with 128 bit encryption.
• Payment through Pay Pal. Follow the link when you place your order.
