Kathryn MacMillan is the founder and Managing Director of CIRCLE Recruitment & HR. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management & Industrial Relations from Sydney University, is an Accredited Recruitment Professional with the Recruitment Consulting Services Association (MRCSA), and a certified professional member of Australian Human Resource Institute (CAHRI).
Ranked first at Sydney University 2017, in Management Consulting, first in 2018 in HRM and IR in Action, in 2019 Kathryn was the winner of the prestigious Kingsley Laffer Memorial Award for Industrial Relations from the University.
Her academic knowledge coupled with years of experience makes Kathryn a highly skilled and sought after HR & Recruitment professional. With more than 20 years of experience in recruiting and managing staff, she has an in-depth knowledge of many industries and their varied needs.
In addition to steering the ship, Kathryn also works hands on with a number of clients and has a specialisation in not-for-profit sector and working with Charities and NGO’s. As founder of the company she has seen it all and often assists the rest of the team with their own specialisations.

She has accomplished some amazing achievements in the areas of organisational development, change management, talent management, business mergers, acquisitions, industrial & employee relations, performance management, learning & development as well as remuneration and benefits. Maria Cordi BSc (Psychology), MApplSc (Psychology of Coaching)
Maria holds a Bachelor of Science, with a Psychology major and a Master of Applied Science (Psychology of Coaching) from the University of Sydney. She has a background in Human Resources and Career Planning with Westpac, worked as a Training & Development Consultant with Psychological Assessments Australia, and spent some years working with CIRCLE Recruitment & HR.
Maria commenced in the role of Career Coach with CIRCLE Recruitment & HR in 2018.

Elia joined us here at CIRCLE Recruitment & HR in August of 2022 and is already proving to be a highly valuable member of our team.
Elia brings with her a Bachelor’s degree in Labour/Industrial Relations and a Diploma in Human Resource Management!
In addition to this, Elia holds over 5 years of experience within the Human Resources Industry, previously working as a Senior HR Advisor, where she was providing assistance and advice to both managers and employees.

Sofia Nikitina
Sofia joined CIRCLE Recruitment & HR in 2021 and has quickly become a highly valued member of the team.
With previous experience as a Personal Assistant to the General Manager, a Training Department Administrator and a Project Assistant, Sofia then moved into Human Resources with a role as a HR Specialist within the construction industry.
Previously, Sofia also worked in a number of customer facing roles before being selected to join the CIRCLE team. She brings with her, highly organised, energetic and self-motivated skills, as well as an ability to work collaboratively across functions.
In her short time as part of the CIRCLE team, Sofia has been recognised individually by clients send us comments such as ‘I just wanted to let you know that today, at our centre managers meeting, every single centre manager expressed huge amounts of gratitude for all your hard work – saying you work so hard, are so professional and responsive. Jemma Annen Bryant
Jemma joined the CIRCLE team in 2022 as our Marketing & HR Administrator. She holds a Certificate IV in Human Resource Management, and is studying for a University Degree while building her career with CIRCLE.
Her role includes assisting all the team with human resource and recruitment support as well as being the full time Marketing Assistant.
Jemma has also completed a Certificate 1 in Business Administration in 2019, and worked in retail and hospitality, while at school.
She bring with her to CIRCLE, fresh eyes and youthful outlook.
What we love about Jemma: How quickly she catches on and learns; her outgoing nature and great voice for phone work. Oh and the fact she wore bunny ears at Easter!

Chief Financial Officer
Ross MacMillan
Ross commenced with our team at CIRCLE Recruitment & HR in early September of 2023 as our Chief Financial Officer. He brings to CIRCLE, his experience from his impressive careers within the Financial Services industry, serving as a Chartered Accountant, Investment Banker, Stock Broker and Fund Manager Analyst.
Ross holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting, Finance and Systems) from the University of NSW and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Australia and New Zealand).
Ross has worked for some of the largest financial service organisations, including Mitsubishi Trust, Commonwealth Bank and Morningstar.
He does an excellent job of managing all financial activities of the business and always with a big smile on his face.
He brings with him a vibrant, energetic and caring approach to the team. He enjoys playing golf at Cronulla and drinking red wine in Tuscany.
What we love about Ross: His friendly sense of humour, his pep talks – not to mention his impressive golf swing and his attempts at overthrowing Kathryn as CEO!
Accounts Manager
Veronica Lee
Veronica holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and Economics from University of Karachi and has had a career spanning industries as diverse as Aviation to Communications.
She has been a part of the CIRCLE family for many years and our clients love her smiling laughing calls to talk all things finance.
Veronica runs the CIRCLE Recruitment & HR Accounts Department as well as assisting with the Bookkeeping Team.
Veronica is a registered BAS Agent and has vast experience with all aspects of Bookkeeping and Accounts.
A specialist in all things payroll, Veronica ensures we are up-to-date with the latest technology, whether it is Single Touch Payroll2 or ensuring our employees have access to all the information they require.
What we love about Veronica: Her laser sharp focus on getting accounts right, her fun debt collection calls and her practically zero error record! Not to mention her wonderful debt collection calls.

Norrey Bederio
Norrey joined CIRCLE Recruitment & HR as a Bookkeeper in March 2018.
With previous seven years’ experience working in a recruitment environment and over 15 years’ experience in accounting, Norrey brings solid skills to CIRCLE Recruitment & HR.
Her work ensures we have a seamless process in accounts.
Norrey has a strong service orientation, aiming to further enhance the experience of our clients and candidates in their interactions with the CIRCLE Recruitment & HR accounts team.
