Career Coaching
Your 1 hour coaching session will cover a discussion of your results from the personality profile undertaken. Strengths and weaknesses in particular will be examined in detail. Also, your approach to job seeking, including interview performance and preparation will be examined. This approach will enhance your ability to gain employment.
Career Coaching price: $425 per 1 hour consultation (Face-to-face), $395 per 1 hour consultation (Video or phone call only). This includes complex analysis of your current position, goal setting, and intuitive coaching to reach your goals
$250 per hour thereafter for ongoing coaching sessions (Video or phone call only).

Job Search/ Career Change Packages
Professional Job Search/ Career Change Package for entry level to Supervisors: $595. This includes 1 professional resume, 1 career interest profiler, 1 cover letter & 1 coaching consultation (Face-to-face or Skype/phone consultations).
Management Job Search/ Career Change Package for middle managers with substantial experience: $895. This includes 1 professional resume, 1 LinkedIn profile or career interest profiler, 1 cover letter & 1 coaching consultation (Face-to-face or Skype/phone consultations).
Executive Job Search/ Career Change Package for extensive experience/ to appeal to C-level, Board Members and Head Hunters: $995. This includes 1 executive resume, 1 LinkedIn profile or career interests profiler, 1 cover letter & 1 coaching consultation (Face-to-face or Skype/phone consultations).

You could include:
1. Personality Testing – The personality profile examines 9 areas including, Ambition, Assertiveness, Self-Confidence, Flexibility, Helping Disposition, Reliability, Team Player, Trustworthiness and Stress Management style.
The varying degrees of strengths and weaknesses in the various areas highlighted indicate the type of workplace, role and management style that will work best with you. This test is very informative, in areas you may or may not be aware about yourself.
On completion of the test, you will receive a formal report, which will be analysed and discussed in your coaching session. The test can be performed in the comfort of your own home, with the analysis and coaching taking place over the phone, skype or face-to-face.
2. Skills Testing – Review your skills for your new role. Have you got the skills for your new job? Completed in the comfort of your own home.
3. Resume Review and Consultation – Does your resume highlight your strengths for your new role?
