Kathryn and the team have been wonderful in assisting us to find top notch staff.
We’ve recently changed our organisation structure and the 923 team helped us to rewrite our position descriptions, update KPI’s and assist with Goal setting.
But it didn’t stop there! Kathryn sat with each member of staff to introduce and discuss their new position descriptions – shes’ a true professional with an exceptional understanding of HR.
