About Tanya

Tanya runs the CIRCLE Temp Desk, proactively managing a client & candidate pipeline, ensuring client relationships are nurtured and temp staff are looked after. With a background in both Recruitment and HR, as well as a wealth of experience in customer service and sales administration, Tanya brings a vibrant and caring approach to her role here at CIRCLE.

Working for the past 4 years in Talent Acquisition, HR and Recruitment, both Agency and Internal, across multiple industry sectors including Health and Beauty, Real-Estate, Automotive, and Finance, Tanya is skilled in end to end Recruitment and Executive Search, assisting clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Tanya started her recruitment career in the Automotive Industry where she worked with over 100 dealerships, working closely with dealer principals finding staff in sales and service departments, as well as managed a team of offshore call coaches managing dealership processes. Tanya brings this fast paced experience to the Temp Desk in understanding the needs of a variety of clients, and the sense of urgency for temporary staff.

She most recently worked as an agency recruiter in the Beauty Industry placing candidates in front of house reception roles, skin and laser therapists of all levels up to Clinic Managers for salons all over Australia.

Other experience includes hiring receptionists, sales agents and property managers, insurance and loan admin staff through to senior staff and management accountants as well as disability support workers, nurses and behavioural support practitioners for NDIS clients living within the community and in staff assisted residential housing.

Tanya is passionate about providing a top candidate experience, using systems and tools to best source top talent, elevating personal and employer brands and bringing a fresh and innovative perspective to the overall recruitment life cycle.
