Your HR Services Consultant

Elia joined the CIRCLE Recruitment & HR team in 2022. Her role here at CIRCLE as a HR Consultant, involves the provision of professional and targeted Human Resource strategies and advice to clients. This includes assisting her clients with their Employment Contracts, terminations, management of absences, performance management, compliance, modern award research, Industrial Relations, interpersonal relationships … the list goes on and on!

Elia is an outstanding HR professional with over 5+ years of experience in the Human Resources Industry, providing assistance and advice to both managers and employees. She is an expert in all matters HR; has a real passion for helping people and is a great member of our HR Advice Team.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Labour/Industrial Relations and a Diploma in Human Resources Management.

Elia can help you identify your HR needs and build an action plan to get your internal HR practices up-to-date to protect your business and your employees.

Whether you have interpersonal team issues; Union problems, workforce planning needs or HR strategies to be defined, she is always more than happy to assist.
